Chips Heaven is where every festival visitor wants to go. Getting there means climbing a six-metre slippery ramp at a 19-degree incline. Onlookers quickly realise that this heavenly course is demanding. The smooth surface requires concentration and skill, and players have just two minutes to reach the top and its buzzer. The slippery surface entertains spectators and participants alike.

«We are happy with ‘Chips Heaven’. Our requirements for challenge, fun and visibility were fully met,» says Adrian Müller, Head of Live Marketing and Sponsorship at Zweifel. Jann Falett, Live Marketing and Sponsorship Manager at Zweifel and one of the first to climb the ramp, describes the implementation phase as particularly exciting and intensive.

made Marketing tested the project’s risks and feasibility with prototypes covering the incline, substructure, insulation materials, surfaces, LED tower and effects controls. Participants do not notice how much technology and expertise sits behind the experience. «That is how it should be. Fun comes first,» says Müller.
