What made Marketing does

Sponsorship activations and trade-fair appearances

We design and build sponsorship activations and trade-fair appearances, from the first idea through scenography to set-up. Games, spaces and visitor flow give people a reason to stop and start a conversation with your brand.

Gamification and interactive games

We develop analogue and digital gamification, programme games and connect them to the right hardware. Visitors can discover your message for themselves, as with the games for die Mobiliar.

Roadshows

For roadshows, we develop mobile brand presences and handle construction, transport, set-up and take-down, and maintenance. Your brand can appear at different locations without needing a new concept for every stop.

Experience containers and modular brand spaces

We design and build experience containers and offer the Aluvision Flexbox for rental. These become pop-up shops, showrooms or festival activations with space for advice, sales and conversations.

POS marketing and the digital Glücksrad

Our in-house digital Glücksrad, a prize wheel on a screen, can be adapted to your brand’s design and prize rules. It offers a playful way to start conversations at shop openings, promotions and trade fairs; the basic version starts at a flat rate of 1’950 francs for 1 to 5 days.

What makes made Marketing different

Over 750 client projects since 2016

We have been developing live marketing since 2010; since 2016 alone, we count over 750 client projects and around 180 clients. Our projects show examples of that work: festival activations, games, roadshows and more.

Our own workshop

We visualise ideas, develop prototypes and build in our own workshop. Design and construction belong to the same team, which can test solutions before they go on site.

Games and technology from our own team

Game design, programming and physical construction work together at made. We developed the digital Glücksrad ourselves, and adapt both its appearance and its prize rules to each promotion.

Three locations from concept to storage

Our Zürich-Enge headquarters is complemented by the Busslingen workshop, added in 2019, and the Stetten warehouse, added in 2024. Together, they support concept development, production and storage between deployments.

Modules that travel with the roadshow

We plan brand presences for changing locations and repeated use. For the Swisslos roadshow, we delivered a flexible stand with a game activation for 18 shopping centres, including CAD visualisation, construction, logistics and maintenance.

The team behind made Marketing

Established in 2010, made Marketing has four co-owners: Rachel Manetsch, Curdin Decasper, Beda Binder and Cristian Conde. The name «made» combines the first letters of the surnames Manetsch and Decasper.

Rachel Manetsch – innovation and concept development

Rachel studied social sciences at the University of Zürich and worked as an editor and journalist before taking charge of communications at an event agency. At made, she develops concepts and explores new approaches to brainstorming and innovation.

Curdin Decasper – management and project leadership

Curdin trained as an electrician and brings experience in promotions, sponsorship and events at national and international companies. At made, he keeps projects and the business on track as managing director and project lead.

Beda Binder – innovation, AI, gamification and technology

Beda studied microengineering with a focus on optics and went on to develop medical and optical products before moving into advertising. At made, he develops concepts, works on innovation processes and continues to develop the digital Glücksrad.

Cristian Conde – creative director

Cristian began as a structural draughtsman and gained experience managing projects and logistics for promotions and events. As creative director, he makes ideas tangible through visualisations and prototypes and tests new materials and technologies.

How made Marketing works

1. Your brief and our first conversation

Use the contact form, send us an email or call +41 44 480 02 81. Your audience, occasion, location, dates and budget range help us get started – Rachel is your first contact for concepts, and Beda for the digital Glücksrad.

2. Concept, feasibility and quote

Together, we clarify what the activation should achieve, develop a concept and assess technology, costs and logistics. Your project lead coordinates the next steps with you; scope, timing and terms are agreed in the specific proposal.

3. Design, construction and delivery

Once the approach is agreed, the relevant specialists in our team handle design, production and delivery on site. Lead times depend on the project; for the digital Glücksrad, we need all information at least two weeks before the shipping date.

4. After the event

Depending on the brief, we handle take-down, return transport and storage for the next deployment. Together, we review how it went and what could be improved for future use.

Frequently asked questions

What does a project with made Marketing cost?

We prepare a quote based on concept development, production, technology and logistics. As a concrete starting point, the basic digital Glücksrad starts at a flat rate of 1’950 francs for 1 to 5 days; for custom activations, we discuss your budget range.

When should we get in touch?

Ideally during the initial idea or planning phase, so the concept, budget and logistics can develop together. Timelines for custom builds are agreed per project; for the digital Glücksrad, we need the complete information at least two weeks before shipping.

Can we book individual services?

Yes, we can contribute individual elements such as gamification, an experience container or the delivery of an existing idea. Together, we agree which tasks your team handles and where we provide support.

Do you also organise traditional corporate events?

Our focus is interactive brand experiences; traditional general meetings, anniversary celebrations and invitation management are outside our offering. We do not have our own pool of promotional staff, but can recommend contacts.

Where can we see your work?

Our projects show brand presences, games and spaces for different clients and settings. Visit Locations and workshop for a look inside production and storage.
