Raiffeisen’s stand aimed to help prospective apprentices explore a commercial banking apprenticeship in a serious but playful way. It addressed students, teachers and parents visiting Aargauische Berufsschau.

The brief called for Raiffeisen’s «Du passt uns!» campaign, meaning «You fit in here!», to be incorporated. Our solution was a personality quiz with honest results. They ranged from A, «You fit in here! Apply for an apprenticeship», to D, «Perhaps you would be more interested in another career». After completing the quiz, visitors could have their photo taken within the campaign design. With a sleeve, lanyard and the result printed on the back, the photo became a giveaway personalised with their name.
