Lifegarden is an outdoor resilience-training trail near the Psychiatric University Hospital Zürich. Set in nature, it is a freely accessible learning and experience space designed to help visitors strengthen their mental resilience. We built the «Blumenring», or flower ring, a module for positive rituals and a healthy sense of self-worth.
Under the guidance of founder Myriam Zumbühl and architect Ralph Meury, our construction team built the module to the supplied concept and instructions.

We used robust, sustainable materials including hemp insulation mats, film-faced plywood and Euro pallets. Our team spent a full day working on site.

Alongside the flower ring, the trail includes other interactive stations in the park and adjoining woods:
The «Re-Framer» opens up new perspectives and encourages an optimistic outlook.
The «Decision Cocoon» supports clear thinking and deliberate decisions.
The «Himmelbett» invites visitors to breathe and switch off.
The «Resilienzband» supports self-efficacy and inner stability.
LifeGarden Zürich shows how outdoor resilience training can be accessible, tangible and lasting. Find out more at www.life-garden.org.
