Coca-Cola had quietly organised two surprise Christmas concerts at healthcare facilities for children and young people.
By morning, the children could see something happening outside the children’s rehabilitation centre in Affoltern am Albis and the paraplegic centre in Nottwil. Activity around the stage, lighting and technical setup, followed by two large Christmas trees and a retro illuminated sign, fuelled rumours of a free concert. At 16:00, Coca-Cola artists Baschi and Loco Escrito stepped onto the flat-roof stages, warmly wrapped up and secured against the risk of falling.
Performing with enthusiasm and «viel Liebi», plenty of love, the artists delighted their young audience and brought a Christmas atmosphere. An unusual activation in an unusual pandemic year.
