From vision to reality
Before we build anything, the client has to be able to see what it will look like. How a hand sketch becomes a visualisation, and the visualisation becomes a brand presence.
Showing what does not exist yet
One of the bigger challenges in our business is producing drafts that show clients what their brand presence will look like in the end. Long before the first board is cut, it has to be clear how big the container feels, where people will stand and how the branding comes across.
By hand, then digital
Depending on the job we reach for different tools. Many of our visualisations start as drawings by hand and are then worked out digitally, often with the Adobe range. More and more often, mood images are also made with AI: in minutes they show how a presence could feel. But what we show, we can also build, so we check each of these visualisations against dimensions, materials and budget. For larger, more technical structures we work in CAD, so dimensions and statics are right from the start.
An early sketch has a second benefit: we quickly find out whether we and the client have the same picture in mind.
Before and after
The video shows visualisations next to the finished presences. For Heineken Silver, for example, the road led from a CAD visualisation through a prototype to the complete interior fit-out of the containers.
