# Trade-fair appearances

> A trade-fair appearance is more than a stand, it is a stage for what a brand has to say. We develop fair concepts that stay with the audience, and build them in our own workshop.

## Trade-fair appearances for interactive encounters

A trade fair is the right stage for making your brand something people can experience. In direct contact with potential customers, partners or media, the first impression counts, and it has to land. A strong appearance raises brand awareness, builds trust and brings in relevant leads. At industry fairs the job is to stand out both in content and in stand design; at consumer fairs it is to deliver that bit of wow.

That takes a concept that works: visually, in content and emotionally.

## Where the stand meets the brand world: emotional, modular, effective

We develop fair concepts that stay with the audience. Combining storytelling, strong visual elements and interactive modules, we carry your brand message across clearly, emotionally and effectively.

- Neuromarketing and nudging worked into the concept phase
- Interactive elements that keep people at the stand longer
- Staging that fits the brand, so people recognise it again

Our fair appearances are planned in modules, thought through for reuse and delivered efficiently. That means your budget goes further, you reach the audience you want, and the brand relationship lasts.

## FAQ

### How much does a trade-fair stand cost?

A stand of around 30 m² with concept, build, logistics, set-up and take-down starts at around 25'000 francs. The price depends mainly on size, materials, interactive elements and the number of fairs. Modular elements that we store and reuse bring the cost down from the second fair on.

### How long does it take to build a trade-fair stand?

Allow 8 to 12 weeks from the briefing for concept, visualisation, build and logistics. We build in our own workshop in Busslingen, and the build itself typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. The earlier we come in, the better we can plan around material lead times and the fair's rules.

### Can I reuse my stand at several fairs?

Yes, we plan stands to be modular so they fit different spaces. The [stand for BHG](/cases/bhg-messeauftritte) covered 250 m² at the Berufsmesse Zürich and 36 m² at the OBA St. Gallen, with the same kitchen and bar elements. Between fairs we store the material in our 450 m² warehouse in Stetten (AG).

### How do I get more visitors to my stand at a trade fair?

With an interactive element that people can see from a distance and understand in seconds, such as a Glücksrad with a buzzer or a game of your own. At a well-attended fair the digital Glücksrad hands out around 400 prizes a day. At the [BILANZ stand at Finanz 2025](/cases/bilanz-auftritt-an-der-finanz-2025) a claw machine and a digital game kept people coming, and for [suissetec at the OLMA](/cases/suissetec-auftritt-olma) it was an upside-down bathroom that everyone wanted a photo of.

### Which trade fairs do you work at?

Industry fairs and consumer fairs across Switzerland, including the OLMA in St. Gallen, the BEA in Bern, Finanz in Zürich Oerlikon, the Berufsmesse Zürich and the OBA in St. Gallen. Our project managers know many fair venues and their technical and organisational rules. Our own crew handles set-up and take-down.
