# Zweifel in the sponsorship village

> Zweifel's winter activation put potatoes at the centre of an interactive game that got players working up a sweat.

## At a glance

- Sponsorship presence for Zweifel Chips at Migros Ski Day races, designed and built by made Marketing
- Potato Harvest Challenge: two teams press buzzers where lights flash in their team colour
- Teams of one, two or three compete; the team pressing the most buzzers in the allotted time wins
- All components fit on two pallets for cable-car transport to the sponsorship village
- Electronics protected for temperatures below zero

After the slippery «Chips Heaven» activation for previous festival seasons, made Marketing and Zweifel Chips teamed up again to design and build a sponsorship presence for the popular Migros Ski Day races. Once again, participants needed to be quick.

The new activity was intended to create a positive brand experience and highlight the ingredients of the crisps, namely potatoes, along with the family company's long tradition. It also needed to entertain both participants and spectators.\
Following a brainstorming session led by made Marketing with the client and our team, several initial ideas developed into the Potato Harvest Challenge.\
Here is how it works:\
Two teams compete on a defined playing field, harvesting the ripest potatoes by pressing buzzers where lights flash in their team colour. Players compete in teams of one, two or three. The team that presses the most buzzers within the time limit wins.\
A particular challenge was designing all the activation and stand components to fit into a very small transport space: two pallets, for example for a cable-car journey to the sponsorship village. The electronics also had to be housed to withstand temperatures below zero.
